![]() In the included image, you can see that when a value is isolated, it will blend smoothly and run out as it should, but when a darker value is painted over a lighter value, it just paints infinitely. Sorry if this sound complicated the way i explained, but i swear that i setup the tool exactly the same to begin with, in an older version and it worked perfectly fine, but now on this latest version, it's not working anymore how it should. it fades and blends when using the same color/value, but when i go to a darker value, it doens't run out like it should when painted over a lighter value, and it simply paints endlessly over the top of the lighter value once they collide, rather than running out, and then blending. in 1.8.2, i could set brush density and density of paint in starting and ending to 50%, but here, i have to set brush density to 50% and density of paint to 0%. i set starting and ending to brush density and density of paint, specify to fade, and the ending doesn't matter, it's up to preference how long it should be. Corel Painter is really good for painting, I used to find SAI better because it was lighter and more efficient, but CSP offers amazing bleeding brushes and is more complete than SAI. the last version of clip studio paint i used was 1.8.2 i think, and i was able to make a brush that does the same thing this brush does, but when i use the same settings in 1.9.7 (latest version), the starting and ending settings don't work. it is loaded with a limited amount of paint, but when it runs out, it can still blend. So there's a brush that Sinix uses in his youtube video called "painting like a sculptor" where he is using a brush in corel painter called the oil dry brush. ![]()
